Mrs. Phillips is a first grade teacher at Marshall Primary School in rural Belton, SC. She has taught both kindergarten and first grade, with a combined experience of 18 years. Teaching credentials include a BS in Early Childhood Education from Lander University, M.Ed. in Education from Southern Wesleyan University, and National Board Certification. She is a wife, mother of two, cuddle buddy of two boxer puppies, and loves to spend her free time in her hammock with a book in her hand. Mrs. Phillips has lived many places around the world, some big cities, some small towns, and one very beautiful tropical island- Guam. However, her favorite place in the world is the Belton-Honea Path community in South Carolina in which she teaches.
